§06
Pricing Architecture
List prices, bundle math, negotiation discipline.
All current list prices are pre-tax. Tax is added on invoice.
New pricing posture: TM3 is anchored at 4,000 JOD and TM4 at 5,000 JOD. The 4,500 JOD TM3 end-client transaction is treated as proof of ceiling, not a reason to print an aggressive public sticker immediately.
Machines
| Machine | Buy | Sell + tax | GP | GM |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TM3 | 1,050 | 4,000 | 2,950 | 73.8% |
| TM4 | 1,450 | 5,000 | 3,550 | 71.0% |
Consumables
| Item | Buy | Sell + tax | GP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crystal Cleaner 5L | 25 | 55 | 30 |
| Drynamite 10kg blended | 32.5 | 92.5 | 60 |
| FAST wipes | 0.7 | 2.5 | 1.8 |
Negotiation discipline
- Hold machine list price as the reference point.
- Negotiate through bundle design — added Crystal, bundled Drynamite, extra training.
- For larger deployments, quote the package, not isolated discounts.
- Pilot economics are a deliberate strategic investment, not normal pricing.
