Days 15–30 · Pilot / warm outreach

Begin with warm flagship or premium hospitality relationships. Walkthroughs. TM4-first where appropriate. Aim to secure the first visible account.

Days 30–60 · Convert the first proof account

Deliver. Train. Capture feedback and testimonial. Note actual reorder behaviour.

Days 60–90 · Expand from proof

Approach second-wave hotels. Approach cinemas and large venues. Use the first account as social proof.
